The new Arts Complex on the NMSU campus is on the verge of becoming a reality!! Last spring, the Legislature approved $19 million to be a part of the GO bond to be voted on this November. Although this is the state's largest allocation for a single project, it only partially funds phase one of a multi-phase complex that will be located at the corner of Espina and University. Efforts are underway to raise an additional $12 million needed to fund phase one.
